Good friends and fellow builders, Gerard Maher and Dominic Stephens, established Commercial Construction Specialists Pty Ltd in 2010.
Growing up as mates—which included playing footy together as teenagers in their hometown of Ballarat, Victoria—a mutual trust and respect developed that was vital for starting and operating a successful civil construction business together.
Together Gerard and Dominic have built Commercial Construction Specialists Pty Ltd to be a company strongly committed to professionalism, hard work, reliability and honesty. This has only been achieved due to the likeable and compatible working team they have created over the years.
Gerard and Dominic are both fully qualified Registered Builders, each holding a Certificate 4 in Building & Construction and a building license. Both have broad experience in project management and civil concrete formwork project delivery to ensure your project is handled professionally and completed successfully.
